Can Your Cincinnati Mechanic Explain the Car Repair in Understandable Terms?

Can your mechanic explain in simple terms the repair they need to perform on your car? It’s not rocket science. Sure, very few people are mechanically inclined (declined is more accurate). But that doesn’t mean you’re an idiot either. You should be able to understand the basic mechanics that are being performed. And if your mechanic can’t explain it, then either their communication skills are absolutely terrible, or (more likely) they are taking you for the PROVERBIAL RIDE. You deserve better than that, Cincinnati! Customer service comes as part of the job of repairing cars. If they can’t tell you what’s going on so you have a basic idea, it’s time to move on to someone you can trust.
