Most Common Repairs We See as BMW Technicians

BMW makes beautiful cars, but anything with a motor will need repair from time to time. After repairing BMWs all these years, there are some standard issues BMWs tend to have at one time or another. One common issue is the steering wheel vibrates whenever you apply the brakes. This is fairly standard with the 3 series. It probably has something to do with the warped rotors. You need to bring the car in for a BMW brake job. Oil leaks are also common on BMWs after 55,000 miles. Usually it has something to do with the valve cover gaskets and oil pan gaskets. Ask your trusted mechanic to check it out for you. Power steering leaks can also be a problem. Check the power steering oil reservoir. You’ve probably got a faulty hose.
