There is no set mileage time for when you need a brake flush. It really comes down to the quality of the brake fluid and how much it has been exposed to the elements and other contaminants overtime. In theory, a brake system is enclosed, so the fluid could last forever. But inevitably there will be leaks and other incidents of exposure to dirt, water and air that can contaminate the brake fluid.
