Jaguar Owners Rejoice! What’s New for 2017

Posted 3/9/17

It’s a new year. If you’re a Jaguar enthusiast, that’s great one too, because Jaguar’s got plenty of great stuff planned for 2017. Our Cincinnati Jaguar technicians couldn’t be more excited. Car and Driver charts the changes for Jaguar in 2017. Take it from our Jaguar mechanics. It’s off the charts!

A New Jaguar SUV

For starters, there’s the first Jaguar SUV, which Car and Driver describes as “an F-type in drag. Heavy drag. It’s spacious enough for six-footers front and rear, and it packs nearly twice the cargo volume of a Porsche Macan.” But with a $43,000 price tag, this beauty of an SUV has an “unusual agility for the class.” Sounds classy enough for us. But go easy on those Jaguar brakes with this kind of horsepower.

Jaguar BMW Series 3 Fighter Release

For those holding out for Jaguar’s BMW Series 3 Fighter, the wait is just about over. Sales begin this year. “First up are the 240-horse turbocharged four and the 340-horse supercharged V-6; the 180-hp diesel four-cylinder will come later in 2017,” Car and Driver reports.

Tips for Cincinnati BMW Repair

Looking to get the best care for your BMW, Cincinnati? Regular maintenance is key, just like dental work and good dental hygiene. Every 7,000 miles, or about 8 months of driving, have the oil changed and get your tires rotated. This will ensure the tires wear evenly. Check the engine coolant level. Change the the passenger compartment air filter every 35,000 miles. This protects the interior from dust and other pollution. Always stick with brand fluid for your car. Don’t use generic. BMW especially has special fluids that will help protect the lifespan of your vehicle. Cars will naturally perform better if you use brand name products.
