The 21 day trip “starts in Europe, with drives around Monaco and the coast road to Portofino, ending up at the Four Seasons Cap Ferrat in Côte d’Azur and then the Villa D’Este on Lake Como,” the Verge reports. “Then there’s a personal fragrance making class and a picnic on a glacier in the Alps. You have to take a private helicopter to get there.” And that’s only the beginning. By the end of the trip you will have visited 5 continents, which seems like an awful lot of air travel for something that is supposed to be a Land Rover based road trip.

Don’t have $140,000 to blow on vacation? That’s still no excuse. For example, you can take your Land Rover the whole way from Tennessee to Oregon on the Trans-America Trail (TAT). Though the drive was originally designed for motorcycle enthusiasts, Land Rovers have taken it on before. If you don’t have the time for a trip of this magnitude, there are some shorter options in California, the Outer Banks of North Carolina, Colorado and more. You will be surprised what roads you can find nearly in your backyard if you just take a look. You already own a Land Rover.
