Some Tips on Car Troubleshooting
Car not working? Before you pay the money to tow it to a mechanic, you may be able to
troubleshoot the problem yourself. Start by jumping or charging the battery. If you turn the key and nothing happens, no lights on the dash or clicking under the hood, you likely have an electrical issue. Even a dead battery should have enough to illuminate the electrical panels, unless it’s been sitting in storage for a year. You might also be having a problem with your starter. Give us a call at European Auto Specialists and tell us everything you can about the problem. We may be able to give you a good idea of what you’re looking at, even before you bring it in.
